What You’ll Actually Do

As a house cleaner, you’ll help keep our clients’ homes clean, comfortable, and looking their best. Your day may include:

Cleaning homes from top to bottom—dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing.

Tidying kitchens and bathrooms.

Emptying trash and taking care of the details that make a home feel clean.

Noticing what needs extra attention and taking care of it.

Communicating with clients so you understand what matters most to them.

Adjusting when plans change or a job takes longer than expected.

Every day won't look exactly the same—and that's part of the job.

The Honest Part: What Can Be Tough

We want to be upfront: this is physical work.

You’ll be on your feet, moving, bending, reaching, and cleaning throughout the day.

Some homes take longer than expected, and occasionally you'll need to adjust when a teammate is unavailable.

You need to be comfortable with change and able to keep a positive attitude when the day doesn't go exactly as planned.

If you prefer sitting at a desk or having the exact same routine every day, this probably isn't the right job for you.
